Student's Review On Asia Pacific Institute Of Management - [APIM], Ahmedabad

My cousin brother had done his hotel management from this college. The faculties were very good, knowledgeable. But this institute has taken lot of money from us and didn't even return my security deposit til date. They just ask for money unnecessary if not paid they don't allow to attend the lectures.

Hotel management is the booming industry. There are many hotels coming up now days and demand for hoteliers is also high. There were very less faculties but very knowledgeable. Teaching technique was also very good. Exams use to happen every year which was very easy to pass.

The campus placements are eligible from third year onwards. The names of companies are royal orchid, Marriott, fortune landmark, Hyatt, holiday Inn, courtyard by Marriott. The highest package was given by Marriott that is 3,00,000 and average was given by royal orchid 60,000.

The annual festival was conduin the month of March or April. There are limited books available in the library and journals we had to buy our own. Classroom doesn't had any amenity just 2 poor fans in such hot weather. No proper seating arrangements in cafeteria. They use to conduct sports day once in a year.

This is one of the expensive institute of hotel management. The take money unnecessary from students if not paid they don't allow us to attend the classes. They promised to give good package job during campus but I end up having a job of Rs 5000 per month.

My rented accommodation use to be very far from college. Travelling in the bus yo & pro was quite difficult. Nearby rented PG was too expensive. While we were new to the city, institute didn't even show that much courtesy to help us finding accommodation.
