Remarks

Good campus, good placements, provide number of scholarships, extra curricular opportunities are good. Technical fests as well as cultural fests enhances the creative side of the students. Electorinics and communication course is one of the oldest course in my college and so the placements in EC are really good. The elective subjects provide the opportunity to learn subjects of your choice. Even one liberal arts subject is provided each semester. Students can do internships in the summer and in the last semester of the college which is very helpful considering current status of industry that requires candidates with practical skills rather than just booking knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is really good as it is the oldest branch of our university. The course keeps updating every year giving the students the chance to be prepared with whatever is the latest. There are 3 summer internships and one final year internship which allows students to have practical knowledge. Faculties are helping and provide you correct guidance as per your talents and knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

Yes I did three summer internships, one at ProT systems pvt ltd ahemdabad, another at IIM indore and the third jne at society for promoting rationality. My final year project was in collaboration with Physical research laboratory where I was involved in project if Isro's mangalyaan.

Placement Experience

4.5

As I said it is one of the oldest branch in our university the placements in the CE, IT and EC department are quite good. Top most companies from ahmedabad and baroda visit the campus for placements. Moreover even the off campus placements are held at our campus which makes it easy for students to attend.

College Events

4.5

Campus life was very peaceful. The normal temperature of the campus is very low as there are thousands of trees across the campus. Has two gymnasiums to promote fitness in students. Multiple number of canteens and cafeteria providing variety of lip smacking food. The girls hostel is inside the campus and is very secure and environment friendly. The hostel mess also provides good home made like food at a very reasonable cost. There is a big sports ground, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, and an indoor games section too promoting physical activities in students.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got the EWS scholarship where I had to pay only the exam fees for the semester. One of my friend received a scholarship same as me but under other yojana that was built by the college trust. The trust provides quite good scholarships to bright students every year.

Campus Life

Clean, green and peaceful.

Hostel Facilities

The girls hostel is inside the campus. I chose to live there. The facilities are adept and the hostel environment is also very friendly. The mess facilities are good and provides food as same as home made food. There is also a grocery store if someone wants to buy packaged food. It also provides good quality food. There is a juice wala who is open all day. The rules and restrictions are also easy to follow. The hostel for girls is quite safe and secure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree, wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also, beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects, they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.
