My Research Experience

Doctorate in Management Studies was three years course Which provided with a foundation in human resource management and organizational behaviour. It also helps to obtain skills and knowledge for getting good positions in wide range of organizations, how to manage in organizations and how organizations work.

We had to prepare for our research work. PhD. Students can work in the sectors like retail, marketing, finance and sales, as marketing managers, financial managers, human resource managers, operational managers etc. They can also extend their careers in abroad.

My three year course fee was Rs.70,000 which was quite feasible amount for PhD as compared to other institutions. We could easily afford this fee structure. Students can also avail education loans for financial help.

Various management events, seminars, fest, guest lectures were organised for students. The students used to attend in huge crowd and were motivated by these sessions. There were also cultural events conducted by the institute.

Admission to this college can be done by filling online form on its website. The form is to be filled with relevant details and submit the scanned documents. You also have to submit application fee. I was made to give entrance exam for my admission. Then I was called for interview.

They used to Relate theory, principles, and concepts to practical application and answered questions completely and freely. The faculty members took the time and effort to know the students and their needs and Encouraged everyone to always work at their best level.
