If you are a Delhi resident and don't want to go to Manipal, then you can opt for FORE, as both the institute are almost similar. TAPMI offers slightly better placements, but you can always get good placements from FORE if you work hard.
Both institute has similar fee structure as well, and you would spend a little extra in hostels and mess if you opt for TAPMI you can save if you stay at your home in Delhi.
When it comes to PGDM, IMT is preferable to both colleges. DCP, however, might not be the best option because of its expensive price and unpredictable placements. In terms of the caliber of placements and courses, I believe FORE and TAPMI are pretty comparable. Compared to FORE, TAPMI has a locational disadvantage but has a lesser fee compared to FORE so TAPMI offers a better ROI.
Having to know some people studying at FORE, TAPMI, and K J Somaiya. Here are some things I would like to share with you. This might help you answer the question.
All the three Business Schools are good. If you are interested in Marketing then FORE School of Management is the better choice in comparison to TAPMI and K J Somaiya.

According to some of my friends at FORE School of Management, PGDM-IB is a decent option for students interested in an MBA, providing several opportunities in the selection of specializations and placement. Categories | PGDM IB at FORE School of Management |
Course Fee | 15.98 lakh |

These are some of the most important aspects of the PGDM in International Business offered by the FORE School of Management, which provides decent placements to students.
Based on location, reputation, and potential for job placement, the first college on the list, "Great Lakes," is the best, but it is only for people with work experience and not for freshers.
"FORE," located in Delhi, is the second best college and its institutional location makes industry exposure easy.
"Goa Institute," is not as good as the first two but still has good characteristics.
Last on the list is "TAPMI," which lacks a strong alumni base, and its graduates may have less networking and job chances than graduates from other universities with larger alumni networks.
TAPMI is in Manipal, Karnataka, while FORE is in Delhi, a marketing and advertising centre. FORE's robust industry interface allows students to communicate with industry experts and learn marketing skills. However, TAPMI emphasizes analytical skills and has a tough academic program.
FORE and TAPMI have good placement records, averaging 12-13 lakhs each year. FORE has partnerships with prominent marketing recruiters, while TAPMI's alumni network can help with placements.
