According to my friends from JIPMER, the English section will not be that difficult, if you have a decent understanding of basic grammar. Having a good vocabulary will also help you. If you have a habit of reading novels, then you will easily score well.
The questions asked in the section are quite simple. You can also practice MCQs to improve your vocabulary and grammar from the books available on the market.
Until now, JIPMER used to conduct entrance exams for BSc courses especially. These courses included anesthesia and other paramedical courses.
However, recently JIPMER has announced that candidates will be granted admission to these courses through NEET only. Anyone who wants to pursue a JIPMER Anesthesia course will have to sit for NEET and secure the required cutoff. The counseling schedule and process will be conducted by JIPMER only.

The fees are really low when compared to the other government or private medical colleges. The complete cost for my first year is 11410 and the subsequent years are 5760 and we have compulsory internships having stipend of 4950.
I didn't face any difficulties about the frequency and timings of exam as they gave enough time for preparation. The curriculum they are following is that compulsory 75 percent attendance and the 50 percent for academic marks should not be followed for bsc courses because of this rule our friends are getting detained.
Most of the students who studied in Jipmer is getting placement in Jipmer and other central government, state government hospitals and also in foreign countries. After the students passout college will held the placement but for that they have to attend and pass for the examination and interview that held the college
I only apply for this college because the seat allocation is on the basis of NEET UG marks and rank. Its campus is very beautiful and excellent academic section which helps students to enhance their knowledge and large attached hospital to learn more, which helps them for building their career.
The academic fee is 11,410 per year, and hostel fees is 20,000 for 1st year and after that 500 per month for double sharing rooms, and 750 per month for single room, little fees hike can be seen every year.
