First, I would like you to address your branch preference. Choosing a branch should be the top most priority. CSE and ECE are quite different from one another. Although IITs/IIITs/NITs do offer a branch change option, it is quite difficult to get it. So I would suggest you make up your mind on which branch truly interests you.
Now coming to the colleges. Choose IIIT Jabalpur for a CSE branch. This is because IIITs offer good placements, curriculum and culture in this branch. Even IIIT Kancheepuram is a good option for CSE. But the distance from home and food form an integral part of this decision-making. Assuming you aren’t from South India, the lifestyle and eating habits might be difficult to adapt to. As far as NIT Hamirpur and NIT Jalandhar are concerned, choose them if you are planning for an ECE degree. They are good colleges as well.
First prioritize your branch and then choose your college among these four. I won’t suggest you go by college rankings. Basically, choose your branch first and then decide the best college for yourself.
IIITs were set up as premier institutions to meet the global requirement in the field of CS and IT. MHRD has set up 4 IIITs which are at Gwalior, Allahabad, Jabalpur, and Kanchipuram. Some facts of both the colleges are given below:

Both IIIT Gwalior and IIIT Jabalpur are equally good. The programs offered are the main difference. Overall, IIIT Gwalior is the potential choice.
Firstly, there is no doubt that IIITMG has a better reputation, placement record, and facilities as it is nearly 8 years older than IIITDMJ. But this is only one side of the coin and most people don't see the other side of the coin. Let me show you these in broader aspects
Talking about placements, IIITM G may have a better placement record but we also must not forget that we are comparing graduates with undergraduates. We are comparing a student with a dual degree to a student with a single degree and hence this comparison is not fair.

Coming to the dual degree, you must think twice before enrolling in a dual degree course. 2 cases may are:
I will advise you to have a deep discussion with your parents, go through some articles and then decide which one is good for you.
Nowadays, engineering aspirants give more importance to the brand and tag of the college rather than the academic ambiance they offer. Like sheep in a herd, they flock to colleagues that have higher rankings and give them a tag to boast about in the process, They forget that for education, the tag does not matter.
IIITs are the most neglected institutes in this process. IIITs like Jabalpur, Allahabad, Kancheepuram, and Gwalior have been set up by MHRD that focus primarily on studies in the IT sector, unlike NITs that cater to various branches of engineering. IIITs thus have a CS-oriented culture, curriculum, and opportunities. This may not be the case for NITs that have many branches.
Although NIT Raipur is older than IIIT Jabalpur, it's not at par with IIIT Jabalpur at least in terms of its Computer Science education. IIIT Jabalpur has much better placements for the CSE department than the IT branch of NIT Raipur. Moreover, IIIT Jabalpur has collaboration with Universities in Japan, unlike NIT Raipur.
Here is a brief comparative analysis of both institutes

So, IIIT Jabalpur would be a better option.
Since you did not mention your branch, I will draw a general comparison between IIIT Jabalpur and NIT Silchar that will help you choose one
Overall, choosing IIIT Jabalpur with its modern curriculum and infrastructure is more beneficial than going for NIT Silchar.
IIITM Gwalior is better than IIITDM Jabalpur in all aspects. It offers better academics, facilities, and placements. IIITM Gwalior placements 2022 had witnessed an average CTC of INR 24.85 LPA. While the highest CTC for this year was INR 1.95 CPA.
IIITM Gwalior brand name is more popular in the industry as well. Being the older institute, it has a huge alumni base. The networking opportunities are plenty.
Both NIT Silchar as well as IIIT Jabalpur are backed by the Government of India and have similar facilities. The campus, faculty, and alumni network are great in both cases. However, there are some additional parameters in which IIIT Jabalpur fares better making it a more preferable choice. Some of them have been mentioned below
Overall, if you are passionate about academics and research, then go for IIIT Jabalpur but if you want a more vibrant college life choose NIT Silchar.
If you are considering pursuing CSE at IIITDM Jabalpur, there are a few things you should know. Here are some important points to keep in mind:
Overall, CSE is a great field to pursue, but don't take our word for it. Do your own research about the institute you are considering and make an informed decision about whether it is the right choice for you.
My brother has just completed his B.tech from IIITDM Jabalpur and some of my friends also studied at the other two institutes. According to their experience and the NAAC Ranking, IIITDM tops among the three of them. The rating considers everything including infrastructure and facilities.
Following are the key points that give IIITDM an edge over the two.

All in all, it is not advisable to rely on the college just for jobs and placements. It is crucial to focus on learning and develop new skills which may come in handy in the future.
IITRAM has been ranked at number 201 in all universities of India and has been ranked 2nd best in Ahmedabad for its Engineering courses by NIRF rankings. IIITDM Jabalpur has been ranked at 69th number by NIRF. It has been repeatedly ranked as one of the best engineering colleges by many magazines and ranking frameworks.
IITRAM is an autonomous university, it provides courses in Engineering only with highly experienced faculty members and it is known to provide excellent placements since the year it was established. IIITDM Jabalpur has been approved by UGC and the Ministry of Human Resource Development.

The average CTC offered to the students is 3 LPA.
IIITDM-
It has great placement numbers as well with the highest salary figure going up to 37 LPA almost every year.
A total of 126 students were placed in many notable companies like Canon, Oracle, IBM, Coviam, Infosys, etc.
Campus Facilities:
IITRAM has a well-stocked library, Gym facilities, hostel area, medical facilities, cafeteria, open-air theatres, and WiFi coverage on the entire campus.
IIITDM has over 3 halls of residence with different room types depending on the choice of students. It also has a well-stocked library, laboratories, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students.
