Yes, IIT Kharagpur has a food technology department on its campus. You can easily pursue MTech in Food Technology from IIT Kharagpur after clearing the GATE entrance exam. The eligibility for joining the Mtech or MCP PhD program in Food Technology from IIT Kharagpur is you need a bachelor's degree, it can be BTech or BE or BArch or even a master's degree in Arts or Science with a minimum percentage of 60%.
