NTA invites applications for the JEE Main 2025 January Session. Students can apply for JEE Main starting on 28 October 2024.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notification inviting applications for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025. This highly competitive exam, conducted under the guidance of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, is a gateway for admissions to top engineering institutes across India.
The JEE (Main) 2025 will consist of two papers:

Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.): This is for admission to undergraduate engineering programs (B.E./B.Tech) at NITs, IIITs, Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and other participating institutions.

Paper 2 (B.Arch. and B.Planning): This paper is meant for admissions into B. Arch and B. Planning courses.
Examination Sessions and Key Dates
For the academic session 2025-26, JEE (Main) will be conducted in two sessions:

To ensure accessibility, JEE (Main) 2025 will be available in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Important Guidelines for Candidates

Opportunity to Apply for Both Sessions: Candidates applying for the January session (Session 1) can apply for the April session (Session 2) without re-registering, using the same application number.

Flexible Options for Session 2: If a candidate wishes to skip Session 1 and apply only for Session 2, they can do so by completing the application process when registration reopens.
