New Delhi: IIM Visakhapatnam & TimesPro collaboratively welcomed the second cohort of its Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program, which commenced on May 28, 2024. The program emphasizes a technology-centric approach to bolster leadership abilities and address industry challenges tailored specifically for working professionals.

The program is a joint initiative by IIM Visakhapatnam and TimesPro aims to equip professionals with the requisite skills and knowledge for career progression and effective leadership in their respective domains.

The new cohort showcases a 25% increase in size compared to its predecessor, signifying growing interest and confidence in the program. Comprising 180 professionals hailing from 18 states and spanning over 20 sectors, the cohort boasts an average work experience of ten years. Noteworthy is the participation of 28% of women, highlighting the program's dedication to fostering diversity and inclusivity.

Key Highlights of IIM Visakhapatnam EMBA Program 2024

The two-year IIM Visakhapatnam EMBA program entails 740 hours of comprehensive learning, featuring two five-day on-campus immersion modules. The program covers a broad spectrum of subjects including Marketing, Economics, Finance, Organizational Behaviour, Information Systems, Human Resources, Strategy, Production and Operations, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Business Ethics, and Law.
