- The Real Estate Finance track provides students with an in-depth understanding of real estate in the context of international finance.
- This is one of the tracks of the MSc Finance, but it consists almost completely of compulsory courses only. This provides students with a solid grounding in all aspects of the discipline.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students should have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized research university;
- Students should have at least 3.0-grade points.
- Submission of GMAT / GRE scores report.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Graduates of Indian central, state, or leading deemed and private universities.
- Applicants must have achieved a minimum cumulative 1st division or better across all years of their studies.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, tests required to study in Netherlands, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
