The University of Mannheim uses a single online portal  for all bachelor’s and master’s applications. Indian applicants apply directly. Uni-assist is not used for standard Mannheim programmes.

2. Upload Class XII marksheet, bachelor’s transcripts (for master’s applicants), and degree certificate.
3. Attach IELTS or TOEFL score PDF, or an MOI certificate if you are claiming a waiver.
4. Upload passport bio-page, SOP, CV in Europass format, and letters of recommendation.
5. Attach your APS certificate (mandatory for Indian applicants) once received from the German Embassy in New Delhi.
6. Submit before the programme deadline. There is no application fee on Portal.

Before you apply: Verify each programme’s exact document list on its dedicated page. The Mannheim Master programmes and MSc Data Science request quantitative-course transcripts and, in some cases, GMAT or GRE scores.
