4 July 2025: WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management has set April 30, 2026, as the final application deadline for its Master in Management program for international candidates requiring a student visa. Check details.
Founded in 1984 by the Koblenz Chamber of Commerce, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management is currently one of the most renowned German Business Schools. The University has about 1669 students. The school is accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA). In addition, the institute also holds accreditations from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and from the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS).
The business school is currently operational in Vallendar, Rhine-Palatinate at 2 campus locations namely Vallendar Campus and Dusseldorf Campus. Students are given the opportunity to evaluate their mentors at the end of every course as a result of Instructor Evaluation System (DOBES). The school also conducts internal quality monitoring like “Assurance of Learning” which helps in maintaining the standard of education offered at the institution.
WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management also has a well established international network with around 200 schools, 160 companies and an alumni network of more than 4100 students. The school offers admissions to a range of bachelors, masters, and doctoral programs along with an executive MBA program in collaboration with the Kellogg School of Management. The school is one of the most preferred choices of students for pursuing MBA from Germany.

Campus and Accommodation
- The WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management has 2 campuses: Vallendar Campus and Dusseldorf Campus.
- The campus in Vallendar is located in the upper middle Rhine Valley which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Koblenz marks the meeting of the rivers Rhine and Moselle.

Housing Facilities/ Residence
- The WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management offers students to live in private apartments or residence halls near the campus.

How to apply?
Interested applicants can apply for admission online by completing the application form and submitting it with all other supporting documents and tests required to study in Germany.

Application Fee – 20 EUR for applications submitted before February 15; 30 EUR for applications submitted before March 15; 40 EUR for applications submitted before May 15; 100 EUR for Master of Science programs.
NOTE: Application fee is non-refundable.

Scholarships/ Financial aid
- The University offers various types of financial aid in the form of bank loan schemes, tuition fee waiver and scholarships in Germany for international students.
- External scholarships in the form of grants or endowment are awarded to 20% of students through well-known foundations like DAAD, Avicenna Studienwerk, Haniel Stiftung and many others, if students meet the eligibility criteria.
