The application pathway depends on the level you target, but every Indian applicant routes through Campus France first. The Études en France portal is the single mandatory one for both Bachelor’s DAP and Master’s dossiers from India.

1. Create your Campus France EEF account at inde.campusfrance.org from October 1, 2026 and upload all academic, language and identity documents.
2. Pay the application fee of INR 18,500 (around €172.84) on the Études en France portal once your Campus France manager validates the dossier.
3. Attend the Campus France pedagogical interview in person at a Campus France office (New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Puducherry or Chandigarh).
4. Add Sorbonne University as a wish (up to seven establishments allowed) and submit your dossier by the cycle deadline.

France Student Visa for Sorbonne University Applicants

After Sorbonne University issues a confirmed admission letter, Indian students apply for the VLS-TS Étudiant (long-stay student visa) through VFS Global France.
