OET Exam Cancellation Charges and Refund Amount

The withdrawal or canceling process for OET exam can be done through the candidate’s myOET account. Candidates must complete the refund process for OET test cost, at least two days before the starting date for OET on a computer or OET@Home. In the paper-based OET exam modules, the time limit is up to one week before the exam starting date. It’s important to remember that if a candidate does not complete the cancellation process before the official timeline, no OET exam cost refund will be provided.

Candidates can reschedule the paper-based OET exam venue and OET exam time up to 23:59 p.m. before the test day. It is required to reschedule all four sections at the same time, candidates can’t reschedule selective one or two test dates. To complete OET on a computer at a venue or OET@Home, candidates need to log in to their OET account first. The rescheduling process can be done in my bookings tab. The rescheduling process can be done up to two days before the test date. On the exam time if a candidate faces technical issues, in that case, they are also able to reschedule the test.

Candidates can request rechecking of the test if they are not satisfied with the grades. The OTE re-marking policy focuses on ensuring that the received requests, reviewed the OET exam questions answers, and resolved transparently and fairly. Candidate's OET exam scores may increase or decrease after re-checking and can not be reversed back to the previous original result.
