Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a bachelor's degree with coursework in Nursing.
- GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
- Completion of Qualifying year
Indian Student Eligibility:
- The minimum requirements are an overall average of 60% in each year, as well as in all prerequisite subjects. Subjects must include mathematics, and two of biology, chemistry, or physics in Class 11 and 12.
- GPA of 3.2/4.0 [B Grade].
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Curriculum Vitae:CV should provide an overview of your experience and other qualifications, including academic credentials, employment history, publications, contributions and significant achievements.
- Proficiency in French: In the clinical settings where much of our program delivery takes place, the ability to communicate proficiently in French is necessary to effectively learn and safely work with and support patients, families and healthcare teams. French is essential to the successful completion of this Nursing degree program.

A four-year bachelor’s degree is typically required to apply for graduate admission at McGill University. However, the university also somtimes accepts applications from students who have completed a three-year bachelor’s degree on a case-by-case basis. However, meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee admission to the program, as admission decisions are highly competitive and based on a holistic review of each students’s credentials.
