The Post-Degree Diploma in International Business Management teaches you about importing and exporting, market research to develop market entry strategies, supply chain management, managing in international environments, and legal and financial aspects of international trade business.The Career Boost program prepares you for part-time paid or volunteer positions that complement your studies. You’ll participate in career-building workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, career fairs, networking and more. Once you graduate, you’ll get the continued support, skills and knowledge you need to find a full-time job in your field.   

The two-year Business Management Diploma will prepare program graduates for entry-level management positions. The program's foundation courses provide an understanding of the basic skills and techniques required to be effective in today's business environment. Graduates will take specialized courses in management essentials, human resources management, business law, negotiations, operations management, enterprise development, business planning and international business. The program emphasizes real world business applications of key management concepts.

The BCIT Business Management diploma program prepares students to make strategic business decisions and manage the direction and operation of a company. You will gain a clear grasp of all business functions including: accounting, marketing, human resources, operations, and computer applications. • Applicants must have an undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Canada or an equivalent credential from an approved institution of a different country. 
• It is recommended that students have a minimum grade of 60% (grade C) on average in their undergraduate degree.
• Any applicant who earned their credential in a language other than English must meet the Douglas College English language proficiency requirement.
