The campus life is good if you involve yourself in activities but if you're working part time as well, you may not get to experience it.

No on campus accommodation but gym and other amenities are there.

I live in the same city as Camosun college so I still live with my parents and bus to school each morning. Unfortunately, Camosun college does not offer on-campus accommodations, yet there are many places available for rent nearby and it is a beautiful area, especially at the interurban campus, with many walking and biking trails, while the Landsdowne campus is near to downtown Victoria.

I opted for this college because I originally applied, and got accepted, to it for the Nursing program which is extremely innovative as they just designed a brand new, high tech building for the health sciences. Although I switched to Business, the college still has affordable costs and small class sizes to optimize learning and it offers a transfer program. The college is in my hometown and I grew up spending a lot of time there watching volleyball. Throughout high school, I had a 4.0 GPA but I wanted to stay close to home.
