In this graduate certificate student will develop a broad understanding of the construction industry and an insight into building surveying. The courses will cover topics such as process and technology, the Australian legal system and key principles of construction law, assessment and analysis of structures in buildings and the behaviour of the materials used in these structures, building regulations, and codes.
