Semester 1 Commencing In Late February Deadline Is Late November Or Early December. Application Outcomes Will Be Advised Within One To Two Weeks From The Date Applications And All Required Supporting Documentation Are Received. Ensure To Have Sufficient Time For Student Visa Processing.
Students will gain a strong understanding of the construction industry and its key stakeholders. Their studies will focus on building processes and technology, construction law, and building regulations and codes. This qualification fulfills the educational requirements for building surveyor accreditation by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Applicants for the Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying are required to have:
- Completed a Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying from UniSA or equivalent from a recognized University. or

Completed a Bachelor's Degree in the built environment, civil engineering; structural engineering; building surveying; quantity surveying; property; construction management; architecture from a recognized University.

Applicants who have completed Bachelor degrees from other relevant disciplines will be considered on a case by case basis.
