- The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Civil) uses an industry-focused, project-based teaching and learning approach to develop professional civil engineers who are well prepared to work in diverse, interdisciplinary teams to solve complex problems in a socially and culturally appropriate manner.
- As a student of the University of South Australia engineering program, the student will undertake a number of common core courses over the duration of their program.
- This ensures that the foundation in fundamental engineering is strong no matter what they have chosen specialization, and provides the opportunity for the student to transfer between programs and specializations if they wish to do so.
