- The Diploma of International Hotel and Resort Management degree provides a grounding in managing accommodation-based businesses around the world.
- This qualification introduces guest relations, front office management, food and beverage, housekeeping, and property management. As part of the course, students will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
- This course is studied at our live-in campus at Leura in the Blue Mountains, which functions as a simulated hotel. Students will study a broad range of subjects from accounting to food and beverage, and will undertake an industry placement.
- During this course, students will be introduced to higher-level hospitality concepts as well as the business and management principles they need to become a leader in the hotel industry
