Course Curriculum
The course curriculum structure is given detailed in the university website. There is also a lot of research project opportunities available in UWA.
Faculty
Overwhelming majority of professors are committed to doing more help and guidance to students. The professors are easily approachable during the classes whether its face-face or online mode. Also you can get appointment from professors to meet them in personal during after hours and during exam breaks.
Campus Life
UWA offers a lot of volunteering activities and social events. The campus is connected by wifi and has all sort of accessibility and facilities. It has wide variety of clubs and sports facilities. Perth's most famous Reid Library located in the heart of UWA campus is one of its kind and marvelous. It offers 24*7 access to students during the exam dates and upto 11 P.M during weekdays and weekends.
Placement
There is no post study placements offered by the Universities in Australia. It is the responsibility of the student or individual to get a job for himself. Of course there is an availability for guidance from the placements team. But it is the responsibility of the individual to apply and get into the job. Unlike India, there is no such thing called campus placements or recruitments.
Accommodation
It depends on different persons perspective. It is better to look around for student accommodations such as campus perth and etc. which should be around 180 AUD. For individual accommodations such as houses and units, It could be around 150-300 AUD based on the expectation of the student. But the average accommodations cost expected around 160 AUD per week
Exams
IELTS min required 6.5/10 in all four parts. My score was 7/10 in IELTS. Only IELTS is accepted in UWA. Only academic documents required for application process and IELTS document for confirmation of offer letter. SOP only required for Visa application.
Fees
It is around 45000 AUD annually.
Scholarship
University scholarship for international students based on their bachelors CGPA. It is around 2500 AUD scholarship per semester and for few students it is 5000 AUD.
