Become a personal trainer, health coach, wellness director, weight management consultant and more. A degree is also your first step towards graduate education in fields like occupational and physical therapy.
We offer classes like Anatomy & Physiology, Methods of Fitness Instruction, Nutrition, and, of course, Fitness. You'll get to practice personal training techniques with classmates and learn the physiology behind exercise. We will also prepare you to take certification tests to become an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist.
