- MEng in Mechanical Engineering is 2 years hybrid program.
- This course is offered on a full-time basis.
- The program is offered with two options- Thesis and Course-only option.
- The intent of the program is to provide the student with intensive exposure to advanced topics within mechanical engineering and engineering mechanics and to strengthen the understanding of the fundamentals.
- Students will learn graduate-level mechanical engineering knowledge in areas as diverse as biomechanics, fluid mechanics, mechanics of materials, and robotics.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Students must have a background in any engineering field.
- A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required to be eligible for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed higher education with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
Scores Required
Submission of GRE exam scores is not compulsory but helps for a better chance of admission.

Following are the required Documents:
- Resume/CV - This provides a summary of a student's experience and skills.
- Higher Secondary School Certificate - The certificate provided by the education board after completion of the Higher secondary education.
- Statement of marks - The marks statement provided by the education board.
- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Statement of Purpose - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.

If you have completed a bachelor’s degree at a college/university in a country where the official language is not English, but where the sole/primary language of instruction, writing, and testing is English are exempted from submitting a valid ELP test score.
