The Bachelor of Social Work degree is designed to prepare you to enter social work-related fields or attend graduate school in a social work or counseling-related field. Our social work program stresses the quest for social and economic justice, respect for human diversity, growth in self-awareness and the enhancement of the quality of life for all, locally and globally.
In addition to your classroom sessions, you will participate in two field practicums, which will allow you to gain hands-on experience in and knowledge of local service agencies and give you an idea of fields in which you might like to work.
