Our art education program will turn you into an outstanding artist and teacher. You’ll take liberal arts and art courses – learning about 2-D and 3-D form, theory and practices. In addition, you’ll take education courses and spend time observing and teaching in local classrooms.
You’ll learn about child and adolescent development, curriculum, classroom strategies, methods of teaching and more. You’ll graduate ready to be licensed to teach art, grades PreK to 12, in the state of Ohio.
