The concentration of Human Resources Management promotes the development of a professional capacity to design organizational structures, as well as to direct the staff of private and public companies, including aspects of selection, training, evaluation, and motivation of human resources. Students of this concentration will know the elements of how to develop compensation systems and the impact of federal and local laws on the administration of human resources in various companies. The Program provides the basic tools for those students who wish to prepare for the following certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
