Our students are prepared to go on to graduate or professional programs, or to exciting careers as professional scientists in positions such as consumer safety officer; environmental health specialist; food technologist; medical lab technician; quality assurance manager; zoo curator.
Students also receive opportunities to conduct research and share their findings within the scientific community. Our students and faculty are published in major publications including?the?Journal of Parasitology, Bulletin of Marine Science?and the North American Journal of Fisheries Management.
