At American University?s Kogod School of Business, we believe that business is a force for meaningful change. The MS in sustainability management program fully supports this mission, equipping students to make an impact across all areas of the business world.?

The program prepares students to be action-oriented sustainability leaders across the public, private and non-profit sectors. Graduates are equipped to analyze organizational problems in their environmental context and produce economic, ecological, and socially-responsible solutions.?

The program features an international residency where students study sustainability issues abroad. Students learn how different cultures manage sustainability in the public and private sectors, gaining valuable insight to bring to their own work. Past classes have traveled to Copenhagen, Denmark, and Malmo, Sweden.American University is an AASHE-certified green campus.?
