The Communication Design curriculum at the University of Houston-Victoria is built around a sequence of contemporary design courses that offer a fresh perspective on the field. The courses required for the major begin sophomore year when students take two sets of paired courses: Design History and Typography in the fall; Design Theory and Digital Design in the spring.
