In the program students pend the first two years in pre-pharmacy classes. You will take the same courses as students in the other four programs in pharmaceutical sciences. The Neuroscience curriculum is interdisciplinary and includes classes in pharmacology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences and life sciences.
UT undergrads study how to design, synthesize and develop pharmaceutical drugs. This interdisciplinary science focuses on synthetic and organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology and immunology.
