The Biomedical engineering program is designed for students interested in the application of physical science techniques to medical problems.? Our students are prepared for graduate study in Biomedical engineering or medicine as will as careers in biomedical instrument design, medical device design, orthopedic prosthesis design or engineering support of healthcare services.? Design is an integral part of the curriculum and is introduced in the student's first semester and is carried through to the senior year with the capstone project.
