Following are the required Documents:

• Resume/CV - This provides a summary of a student's experience and skills.
• Transcript – Students required transcripts from all colleges/universities attended (applicants who earned a bachelor's degree outside the United States need to submit a Course by Course International Transcript Evaluation).
• Higher Secondary School Certificate - The certificate provided by the education board after completion of the Higher secondary education.
• Statement of Purpose – A statement of purpose, double-spaced and 2-3 pages maximum, describing those experiences which have shaped the applicant's interest in the MSHSA program.
• Writing Sample – Writing sample based on a health services management topic of interest to the applicant, typed, approximately 1,000 words, double spaced.
• English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.
