The type of additional course work will be determined after evaluation of transcripts and work experience. The Master's degree in Health Informatics does not lead to Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential.The mission of the Master of Health Informatics program is to prepare confident, innovative, and contributing professionals who can identify and use a variety of information systems resources and technologies to accomplish the informatics and information management objectives of diverse healthcare practice environments.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous educational institution attended
- Official transcripts should contain English translation if not originally in English
- Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.75 or equivalent
- Submit GMAT score of minimum 450
- Applicant should have composite Index (GPA x 200 + GMAT) greater than or equal to 1,100
- Submit two letters of recommendation from individuals who can testify your potential to complete the course
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 100 in iBT; minimum score of 600 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum score of 8.0
- Duolingo: minimum score of 130
