The undergraduate student enrollment in the School of Biological Sciences is one of the largest on the Louisiana Tech campus, with approximately 500 undergraduate students.?Approximately 45 graduate students are enrolled in degree programs within the School. ?We have about 20 faculty members, most of whom are involved in research activities. Many of our research activities involve undergraduate students as well as graduate students.
The Master of Science (M.S.) degree is offered in Biology and in Molecular Science and Nanotechnology (MSNT). Both the M.S. in Biology and the M.S. in MSNT graduate programs are available with a thesis research option or a non-thesis, primarily course-based option.
