Students will grow in their knowledge of leadership styles, mentoring, ethical decision making,?as well as collaboration and communication skills.?Leadership Studies will prepare students with the knowledge they need to be competent in their field of study and will be able to make wise decisions with a biblical mindset.

No matter which career path students take, it is essential to learn the basics of leadership, but so often people do not believe it is necessary to develop these soft skills. In this program, not only will students advance their leadership abilities, they will also acquire a strong background in leadership development that will ultimately broaden their opportunities in leadership positions in the workplace.

Adding Leadership Studies will provide foundational knowledge of servant leadership, while enhancing competitiveness in the labor market.
