- The engineering branch, Aerospace Engineering inculcates the skills and knowledge to design, manufacture and maintain spacecraft, missiles, and weapons systems. Aerospace Engineering deals with two major and overlapping branches- Aeronautical Engineering and Astronautical Engineering.
- Aerospace engineers evaluate designs to see that the products meet engineering principles. Aerospace engineers design primarily aircraft, spacecraft, satellites, and missiles. In addition, they create and test prototypes to make sure that they function according to design.
