As such, all students conduct independent research under the guidance of a faculty member.For students desiring advanced knowledge of cell and molecular biology in order to teach or work at doctoral level study, or to pursue a successful scientific career in fields including biomedical science, pharmaceuticals, genetic testing, immunology, and cancer biology. Students gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of bimolecular science from basic connections between molecular properties to major cellular properties including DNA replication and gene regulation.
