SFA's criminal justice program strives to provide both pre-service and in-service students with an extended knowledge of the institutions and processes within the criminal justice system. The CJ program seeks to provide the analytical tools, analytical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities necessary for deeper insight into those institutions and processes, including the problems of administration. The program seeks to equip all CJ majors with the real-world tools they will need to succeed in the field of criminal justice, whether as practitioners, attorneys, or academics.
