Master of Science [M.S] [Respiratory Care] From Loma Linda University

The program is designed to be completed in one year. It is also designed so that the student can select to enter either a face to face or an online option. The online and face to face option will also utilize technology to enhance and promote the advanced study of respiratory care practice in a collaborative manner through individual and group research and projects. The outcome based courses, projects and research will enhance and promote the individuals selected field of specialization.

Job analysis research by the National Board for Respiratory Care and the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) reveals that employers and the practice of respiratory care now expect higher skill levels from respiratory program graduates. The Master's degree in respiratory care seeks to graduate individuals with advanced knowledge and skills in the respiratory care profession including research, evidence based medicine, assessment, therapeutic interventions and management of patients with cardiopulmonary related disorders.
