The mission of the School of Kinesiology is to develop highly skilled graduate and undergraduate students who will be competitive in the job market based around core experiences that consists of: innovative instruction, exposure to cutting edge scholarship, and community engagement.
Kinesiology is a program in motion. We study human movement from a wide range of perspectives, in disciplines such as physical education, medicine/rehabilitation, sports performance, fitness, research, and other allied health areas.
We combine traditional classroom activities with experiential learning to ensure our students gain the knowledge, skills, and values they need to become professionals in health and wellness
