Students choosing the sport and recreation management track may choose to earn a minor in business administration through the School of Business, an AACSB accredited program. Through these courses, students are further prepared for leadership positions in the fields of sport and recreation management.
Many opportunities exist for sport and recreation management positions after graduation. Our graduates are working as parks and recreation directors, club/facility managers, athletic directors, golf course managers, sports information directors, and fitness/wellness directors.
