The Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science is part of the allied health care discipline, primarily dealing with the study of the how individuals can influence their own state of wellness, the response and adaptation of the human body to physical activity and sports participation, and how modern management skills can be used to help others achieve a higher state of wellness and better use of their leisure time.
Career paths within this area of study include, but are not limited to: athletic training, exercise physiology, sports nutrition, physical therapy, rehabilitation counseling, and personal training. Additionally, this degree program has been designed to fulfill the requirements for entry into graduate programs in the area of allied health sciences (e.g. Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physicians Assistant, etc.).
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Applicants must submit high school diploma
- Applicants must have minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:

- PTE: minimum 68
- Duolingo: minimum 125
