Southeastern's Communication Sciences and Disorders program?provides students with an excellent academic and clinical education in normal and disordered communication. Students engage in independent and cooperative learning and demonstrate problem-solving in simulated and real clinical situations. Students learn the importance of evidence-based ethical practice and are encouraged to participate in professional activities.?
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Fifty-four hours of CSD coursework including two diagnostic classes, six hours of clinical methods and a course in voice and fluency disorders.
Two semesters of clinical experiences in the department's on-campus Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic.
