As a society we are constantly changing and evolving. These change cause ripple effects not only in our personal lives, but in our communities and the world.

You will move beyond your personal experiences to an awareness of how people are connected to one another through groups, networks and hierarchies, as well as beliefs and practices. Sociology majors learn to analyze the influences of groups on human behavior. Our program provides you with the tools and skills for a wide variety of careers.
