ELPA will:

• Graduate highly effective educational leaders and policy analysts who will work to improve higher education and PK-12 schools;
• Produce and publicize a distinguished record of research that benefits educational leaders, policymakers and other scholars in higher education and PK-12 schools;
• Promote an environment that affirms the benefits of diversity, social justice and cultural and global competence;
• Develop partnerships with leaders and policy makers at the local, state, national and international level.

The MEd in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis has emphasis areas in Higher Education, PK-12 Educational Leadership and Administration, Elementary Principal, Certification, PK-12 Educational Leadership and Administration, Secondary Principal, Certification, and PK-12 Educational Leadership and Administration, Elementary and Secondary Principal, Certification.
