Students will develop the knowledge and skills to create realistic, measurable exercise and nutrition plans through evaluation of a client?s needs, expectations, and lifestyle assessments. Program, classroom, and laboratory experiences will culminate in an undergraduate seminar project directly related to a student?s professional goals.
The interdisciplinary program combines study in exercise science, human nutrition, biological? and health sciences with hands-on clinical experiences.?Students also utilize this degree as a pre-professional foundation to apply to programs in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physician?s Assistant or graduate school.
Campus facilities are complimented with experience-based learning opportunities and real-world internships and research. You will spend time in our Human Performance Lab, Culinary Kitchens, Fitness Center, Athletic Facilities and Training Rooms!
