Many graduates continue their theatre education at some of the finest theatre training institutions and graduate programs in the country. Others choose to enter the professional world as teachers, designers, technicians or performers. Still others find their theatre training a valuable asset as they pursue careers in allied areas, such as broadcasting, public relations and business.
The Theatre major requires a minimum of 120 total hours to graduate. This total includes Liberal Arts Core requirements*, the major requirements for one of the three Theatre major options as defined below, and university electives to total 120 hours.
