  • The Economics department has approximately 400 declared undergraduate economics majors and serves students from many other departments and programs in the College of Liberal Arts, as well as students from other colleges of the university. 
  • Currently 8% of declared undergraduate majors in the College of Liberal Arts have chosen Economics as their major.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Applicants must have a high school degree from a recognised institution.

Indian Students Eligibility:

  • Applicants must have passed 12th grade from a recognised institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
