Appalachian State University?s Communication Sciences and Disorders (BS) degree prepares students for graduate study in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology. Speech language pathologists and audiologists work in a variety of settings ? such as schools, hospitals, nursing homes, community clinics, home health and private practice.
A career as a speech-language pathologist is demanding, and the entry-level degree for licensure and practice is the master?s.
